This was the 2nd time these 2 teams faced each other. Mumineen II had won the toss and sent Mumineen I to have a bat first. With very intense heat for the weather, runs came in good with Hazo and Zaheer batting very well. Hazo was caught for 13 with a pop up next to the stump. Iqbal came in next and hit a few boundaries with some sensational shots. He was caught behind for 10 after having a great start. Vice-captain Aseef was bowled soon when he came in. Mumineen were reeling, but kept the score ticking with Zaheer batting with others. Mumineen had a good start of their ininngs with 77 after the first 10 overs. After the first 10 overs, nearly everything went down for Mumineen I. Wickets were lost very quickly and the run rate was dropped massively. Mumineen I only managed to put up 116 after their 20 overs led by a sensible 41 from Zaheer.

Mumineen II just needed to just push the ball around to reach their target. Quadir had given some problems to the Mumineen II batsmen and found him hard to make runs off of. Good partnerships were formed throughout the ininnigs, but the one that just may have sealed it, was Fazal Baksh & Fazal Deen batting. Mumineen II chased the runs out with 2 overs to spare and 6 wickets in hand. This was the 2nd loss in the season for Mumineen I, the first in which they lost by forfeit, and the first that Mumineen II had won.
